Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every Lomaly book.

When we refund

Within 14 days of purchase we will issue a full refund if:

• the file is damaged or will not open and we cannot fix it,
• the book is materially different from its description,
• you were charged twice or in error, or
• you never received your download link.

How to request

Email support@lomaly.online with your order email and the reason. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Cancellations

Because books are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after the download link is sent, but the refund cases above still apply.
